LUKSO was co-founded by Chief Blockchain Architect, Fabian Vogelsteller, author of ERC-20, ERC-725, Web3.js, Mist Browser and former Lead Dapp developer of Ethereum and Marjorie Hernandez, an early blockchain strategist working with Ethereum, IOTA Foundation and world-renowned brands, who also co-founded THE DEMATERIALISED.
LUKSO is now being developed by 70+ people around the globe and we are looking for motivated and passionate people who are up to the task of joining us in building out the foundation for the New Creative Economy and the apps that power it ****

The Creative Director will play a critical role in leading and shaping the creative vision of our organization. This senior leadership position, leading a team of three, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the creative department, including design and content creation. The Creative Director will work closely with their own team and all other departments to develop and execute creative strategies that align with our brand, mission, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Creative Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that reflects LUKSO's brand identity and business goals.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of creative professionals, including art directors, designers, copywriters, 3D designers, and multimedia specialists.
  3. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  4. Design and Visual Identity: Drive the design process, ensuring all creative assets adhere to high-quality design standards and align with the brand strategy.
  5. Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the creative team remains innovative and forward-thinking.
  6. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and other teams to integrate creative strategies into broader initiatives.
  7. Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to achieve creative goals and objectives.
  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role for 3 years, ideally in a related industry.
  • Strong creative portfolio showcasing successful projects and campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of design, content creation, and branding principles.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align creative efforts with business objectives.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging creative technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • English fluent.
